All packages that have been shipped to France in the past year have been returned to me as Chronopost asks for duty fees that are more than the cost of the item. If you wish to have an item shipped to France, I will only ship via Fed-Ex. Please contact me before you purchase to make sure you are ok with the additional cost to ship via Fed-Ex.
1. I ship Internationally via USPS Priority mail which does not come with tracking. If you are in a hurry to receive your item and wish to have tracking on your package, you will need to upgrade to USPS Express shipping. Please contact me and I will adjust the price to include the additional shipping charge.
2. Items often get stuck in customs, especially during the busy Christmas holiday season. Even items that are shipped with Express International 3-5 day mail can become stuck in customs and I have no power to expedite customs clearance. A lot of patience is often required with international shipping, this is a risk the buyer must be aware of before purchasing.
3. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import charges that are levied at the time of delivery. I do not know if there will be a fee, or what the fee will be....this is determined by your countries customs office, and is a risk assumed by the buyer. Thank you for your understanding on this issue.
4. I fill out a customs form to include with the items I am shipping. By law, I will indicate that I am shipping jewelry merchandise, exactly what the merchandise is, and the value of the merchandise in US dollars. I will not falsify customs documents.

*MADE TO ORDER and CUSTOM items - These items are not returnable and can not be exchanged as they were made specifically for you.
Refunds will be given and exchanges will be sent once the item has arrived safely back to me in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning an item.
